I showed Natalie a picture of a style I liked We worked together to decide on colours, length etc. My hair is a lot shorter, beautifully coloured and layered. Natalie advised me on different things I could do with my new look, and products to use. I was completely blown away with Natalie's expertise and artistry. Such a wonderfully welcoming stylist, very down to earth. A real credit to the salon. I will be very happy to book Natalie anytime. Fabulous

• I took my (almost) 5 year old daughter in for her first ever salon haircut and the whole experience was great. She loved sitting in the car and wearing a princess themed gown throughout the haircut. Brogun was fantastic with her - she grasped very quickly that my daughter wasn't in a talkative mood and didn't keep asking her questions, which really helped her to feel more comfortable in the unfamiliar environment. However, my daughter loved being praised for how still she was sitting. When we left, she was proudly telling the rest of our family about it. We'll definitely be going back!
